Sylenza classifies offerings into three categories:

Physical Goods: Smart devices such as robotic vacuum cleaners, AI air conditioners, automated cat water fountains, and other hardware products.

Info-Products: Digital guides, manuals, or tutorials related to installation, maintenance, and optimal use of AI devices.

Services: Professional on-site installation, setup, maintenance, and repair services.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Physical Goods

Customers may send back goods within 30 days of delivery to: Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Items must be unused and in original packaging. After inspection, Sylenza will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Customers downward trend the delivery costs for sending back items.

5.2 Info-Products

Purchasers may cancel orders for info-products within 14 days of purchase, provided no access to digital content has been initiated. Once access to the digital material is granted, no refund is available due to immediate delivery of the content.

5.3 Services

For on-site installation or maintenance services, customers may reschedule at no extra charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the service date qualify for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment cannot be accepted due to allocation of personnel and resources.
